Have you ever seen a coral nursery before? This experience will ignite the conservationist in you and showcase “how as above is below”, and the great advances that have been made by starting to restore the Panamanian Caribbean reef, within the Portobelo National Park.

Explore the Portobelo bay with specialists and certified guides in a scuba center. Enjoy the colorful diversity of fish species alongside Drake’s Island and taste the Afro-Caribbean cuisine after your dive in one of their local highest-rated restaurants with a view to Portobelo Bay. After the completion of your experience, you will be comfortably transferred to your destination.

For this experience, you will need a PADI license. For those who don’t have a PADI license, the snorkeling experience in this destination will surely fulfill nature lovers’ lust for underwater beauty.

We recommend complementing this marine conservation experience with activities learning about the history of the fortresses recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, as well as the Congo culture considered as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO.
