Renewed with energy

I must confess that I never imagined the level of impact and transformation that hike would have on my life. This was not only the physical journey in the jungle, which in itself is challenging due to its nature, but also being able to walk and take a tour of the history of my beautiful country, Panama. I left that trail renewed with energy. Energy not only from nature but from the incredible people who accompanied me that day.
